Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Return Shipping Fees

  • Portugal:
    Returns are always free, including the first return and all future returns.

  • Europe (non-Portugal):
    Return shipping fee is €7.

  • Rest of the World:
    Return shipping fee is €15.

Return fees outside Portugal match our standard shipping costs.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

If the product arrives damaged at our warehouse during transport, the customer is not responsible for this damage. We will handle the situation internally and ensure the appropriate solution.
